Concept Integrated Pte Ltd has been acquired by Spectron Gas Control Systems GmbH, with effect from 1st August (2018).
The new Spectron company is named Spectron GCS Singapore Pte Ltd. Together with the Spectron companies in Frankfurt, Germany; Coventry, UK and Shanghai, China, the company has optimised its global coverage. It will support its customers and distributors in the ASEAN region from Singapore.
“At Spectron in Singapore we have stocks of products. In our workshop we can customise products and supply products with the correct cylinder connections and fittings with short delivery times in the region. In case required we can also support our customers with repair and maintenance. Alan Ng has many years of experience and will continue supporting with advice and recommendations,” Spectron Gas Control Systems explained in a press release.
“The ASEAN region is of importance for Spectron. The economies of the ASEAN countries will grow by average 5% in the next years. Also, the industry structure in the region is matching our product portfolio.”
