According to the FTSE Hong Kong Indices Semi-Annual Review 2014, with effect from 24th March 2014, CIMC ENRIC has been included as one of the constituent shares of FTSE Hong Kong Index and FTSE Hong Kong ex H Share Index.
Last year, CIMC ENRIC was also selected by the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index Company that its stock was included as one of the constituent stocks of the Hang Seng Global Composite Index, the Hang Seng Composite Index, the Hang Seng Composite Industry Indexes – Energy, and the Hang Seng Composite SmallCap Index.
The news follows the recent announcement of the company’s annual results.
CIMC ENRIC is the largest cryogenic tanks and tankers manufacturer in China, with business also in the food and beverage industry, and saw turnover for full year 2013 rise 23.5%, gross profit increase by an impressive 28.3%, and profit from operations also increase just over 27%.
