Compressed gas safety and management specialist SuperFlash has launched a mascot to recognise and honour women in the gases and welding industry.
Named Sparkle, the mascot is a feminine oxyfuel welding robot, which will now be used alongside the company’s original mascot, Spark.
SuperFlash first unveiled Sparkle at the GAWDA Annual Convention in San Diego earlier this month to raise awareness about women working in what is still a male-dominated industry.
