Fluid system solutions manufacturer Swagelok has promoted Hannah Delis to Vice-President of Global Human Resources.
Having joined Swagelok in 2012, as a member of the company’s human resources business partner team, Delis has worked across all HR disciplines at Swagelok.
During her time with the group, she has been involved in including workforce development, organisational and talent management, and most recently as director of global HR business partnerships.
In her new role, her responsibilities will include strategy development and execution of global human resources programmes and initiatives in talent acquisition; learning and development; talent management; employee engagement; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and benefits and compensation.
