Mr Rollins will be replacing current Managing Director Karl A. Clausen, after announcing his retirement following 35 years of service.
Most recently, he has directed the sales and marketing efforts of Taylor-Wharton’s Husum (Germany) and Kosice (Slovakia) facilities.
Commenting on the announcement, President Ronald W. Kaplan said, “Mr. Clausen has served Taylor-Wharton with both enthusiasm and distinction; his uncommon dedication to our customers and his wise council will be missed.”
Mr Clausen will retire at the end of 2005.
