Teledyne Technologies Inc. has announced that one of its subsidiaries has received $11m in orders for commercial hydrogen generator systems, to be delivered in 2007 and 2008.
The generators will be used in electric power plants and steel factories, the company said. Rhett Ross, president of Teledyne’s Energy Systems subsidiary, wouldn’t say which companies had placed the orders, but said the systems would ultimately be shipped to locations including South America.
Teledyne will provide engineering support, hydrogen generators, and additional equipment.
