Tobin Scientific and PHCbi have joined forces to deliver a new cryogenic solution which meets the transportation requirements of one of the lead Covid-19 vaccines, without the need of dry ice.
The announcement comes at a time where many dry ice producers, distribution and equipment manufacturers are bracing themselves for a spike in demand due to the storage and distribution need of various vaccines.

Helping to calm the worry of many, the new solution uses local, regionalised freezer-to-freezer delivery routes on Tobin’s specialised, back-up generator-powered and redundant, temperature-controlled trailers to cryogenically freeze the vaccine.
