Chuck Allard will succeed Jim Quicksell as Toll Company President on November 1, 2018.
Allard was voted in by the Board of Directors, while Quicksell will remain a part of the Toll Company management team until his retirement in November of 2019.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree at St Cloud University, Allard joined Toll Company in 1994 and was placed in charge of information technology for the business.
