Denmark-based engineering company, Union Engineering a/s, has reshuffled its top-level personnel.
Michael Mortensen has been selected as CEO after being at the corporation for more than 13 years. Most recently he held the position of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) as well as being a member of the executive management since 2009.
Unanimously appointed by Union Engineering’s Board of Directors, Mortensen’s role took effect from 30th May 2016. He replaces former CEO, Kim Christian Dalum.
