UK-based gas analyser manufacturer Signal Group (Signal) has provided a rapid turnaround for one of the UK’s fastest growing stack testing companies ahead of its environmental certification audit.
Having been awarded UKAS and MCERTS accreditation for its emissions testing services, Alkali Environmental (Alkali) were just three weeks away from an MCERTS audit before a piece of the company’s in-house instrumentation malfunctioned and required urgent service and repair.
The instrument in question, a Signal 821S Gas Divider – a tool essential for Alkali’s calibration work – had provided the company with over three years of problem-free operation.
