UK trifecta collaborates on energy transition projects

To assist with the UK’s energy transition companies Kent, Taylor Woodrow and BGen have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which will see the three combining capabilities to push for a low carbon future.

Specialising across a broad range of services from design and engineering to construction and mechanical and electrical instrumentation design, the companies plan to deliver solutions to accelerate carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), hydrogen adoption, low carbon fuel facilities and ‘associated infrastructure’ in the UK market.

Expressing delight at the opportunity to combine their respective expertise, John Gilley, CEO, Kent, said, “The announcement of our alliance demonstrates Kent, Taylor Woodrow and BGen’s individual commitment to support the creation of a more sustainable energy future in the UK.”

The multi-skilled offering aims to provide clients with a team capable of delivering projects from design and engineering through to commissioning and operation.
