In order to reach Norwegian climate targets and reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from the transport sector, Uno-X has opened its first hydrogen (H2) station in Bergen.
Officially opened last week, this is the first station in Bergen that offers H2.
Uno-X Norway’s General Manager Ole Johannes Tønnessen said, “We want to give the H2 car a real chance on Norwegian motorways, so we are building energy stations that offer H2. We have already opened Uno-X Åsane and when we open Uno-X Søreide in a short period of time, Bergen will have two H2 stations. Then we hope that a H2 car will be an appropriate alternative for motorists in the Bergens area.”
