Witt Gas Techniques Ltd, the Warrington based gas safety, control, mixing and analysis equipment supplier, has announced that its alarm module used to monitor the inlet pressures of the gas supply to gas mixers has been upgraded and is now available as version 2.0.
The product’s new version can also monitor the maintenance intervals of the gas mixer, and memorise the inlet pressure faults, as well as control the outlet pressure.
Available as either mechanical or electronic systems for use in food packaging, brewing, welding, glass production, furnace treatment and laser technology industries, Witt Gas mixers find use in a range of applications and industries.
The company’s updated alarm module uses an acoustic alarm when the gas pressure is too low and boasts a number of new features including alarm signals that can be set manually to ensure that checks on the gas mixer are carried out, and a new internal clock notifying of required maintenance through an LED display.
