VBS International has acquired Cryotech Incorporated.
VBS, has been a leader in cryogenic transfer systems for more than 25 years while Cryotech, based in Southern California specialises in cryogenic dewar repair, gas control panels and on-site servicing of plant systems.
The Cryotech office will remain open with the previous owner, Jim Amato remaining to help with the transition and day to day operations. All other current employees will remain on staff and extra staff will also be taken on in order to accommodate growth.
Gary Sandercock, president of VBS, said: Through our current business relationship, VBS and Cryotech have developed a strong mutual respect.
Cryotech’s business compliments VBS’ existing cryogenic pipe and equipment business. We are very excited about this acquisition and the combined opportunities we will have as one company.
