Versum Materials, Inc., a leading materials supplier to the semiconductor industry, welcomes Meili Chen to the company as the new Vice-President, Human Resources.
Chen brings an additional depth of knowledge and experience in human resources that are critical to the company’s future, specifically in Asia. In this role, she is responsible for Versum’s global human resources function and broadening the company’s global talent development and performance management systems as Versum evolves to meet its future human capital needs in the regions in which it operates.
“Meili’s deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities companies face as they build their Asia infrastructures and capabilities will be of great value to Versum, given our significant investments in the region, as Asia represents over 80% of our industry,” stated Guillermo Novo, President and CEO of Versum Materials.
