Austrian finance investor, Victory Industrial Holding AG is considering acquiring the Linde AG’s vacuum business BOC Edwards and combining it with OC Oerlikon.
Swiss technology company, OC Oerlikon Corporation was acquired by Victory two years ago according to the Financial Times in Germany.
The BOC Edwards unit, which has revenues of €800m, is estimated to fetch around €630m.
