Witt showcases quality assurance for bakery products at the IBA Exhibition

Gas technology manufacturer WITT-Gasetechnik will showcase its range of solutions that can detect leaks in packaging at the world’s leading trade fair for bakery, confectionary and snacks next month.

Witt will exhibit its Leak-Master series at the IBA Exhibition, held in Munich from 15^th to 20^th September.

“Inline leak detection is an ideal way for many manufacturers to guarantee the quality of their bakery products,” explained the German company. “Inline leak detection using the Leak-Master Mapmax offers 100% safety. The Mapmax is integrated in the packaging line and employs a fully automated process to test the entire production batch using CO2 sensors. Witt deliberately targets CO2 detection, as this gas is usually already present in most protective gas packaging.”
