Finland based family run industrial gas company Woikoski has expanded its business activities in the country by opening a new plant in Kokkola.
According to the company the Kokkola plant is the first one in Finland that takes into consideration the demanding quality requirements of the beverage, food and medical industries. This plants all devices that will be in contact with carbon dioxide are made of acid proof steel.
The new fully automated carbon dioxide plant is capable of processing one to three tonnes of the application in an hour.
The project was built in a record time due to committed partners and local government. The total cost was about six million euros and it employs two internal and many external employees.
