Global consulting and engineering company Wood has won a contract to work on UK hybrid carbon capture and storage (CCUS) and hydrogen project Humber Zero.
Appointed as the integration project management contractor (IPMC) for the project, the company will oversee aspects of Humber Zero’s development including the development and integration of the designs across the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages.
Wood will also assist the project partners – Phillips 66 Humber Refinery and Vitol’s VPI Immingham power plant – through FEED delivery and the EPC contractor tendering process.
