World’s first fuel cell car sharing service has been launched in Munich by The Linde Group

The Linde Group’s newly founded subsidiary, Linde Hydrogen Concepts, has launched the world’s first car sharing service, which exclusively uses hydrogen (H2)-powered fuel cell cars.

The new car sharing service, named BeeZero, will be run on a zone-based model in Munich, Germany, and will be the world’s first major fleet of fuel cell cars run by a single operator.

The BeeZero fleet will comprise of 50 Hyundai ix35 models, which will be available throughout the centre as well as in the Schwabing, Haidhausen, Au and Glockenbachviertel areas of the European city.
