Worthington Industries, Inc. has expanded its industrial gas storage portfolio after introducing four new microbulk cylinder sizes.
The vessels will now be offered in 1,000, 1,500, 2,000 and 3,000 litre sizes and will be available in both high pressure and very high pressure specifications.
Geoff Gilmore, President of Worthington Industries’ Pressure Cylinders business, highlighted, “Offering microbulk cylinders is an important expansion to our industrial gas storage portfolio. This expands Worthington’s range of products, and supports our goal to fully support every stage of industrial gas storage and transport.”
The cylinders are certified to ASME and are currently available in most North American markets. All of the US corporation’s microbulk cylinders are manufactured in Theodore, Alabama and can be used to store liquid oxygen (O2), nitrogen (N2), argon (Ar) and carbon dioxide (CO2).
