Clean energy solutions company Xebec has acquired all the outstanding shares of The Titus Company, as part of its strategy to expand its cleantech service offering in North America.
Titus’ principals will remain with Titus to help optimise its integration into Xebec’s Industrial Service and Support business and to grow the operation over the coming year.
With the acquisition, Xebec’s Cleantech Service Network will expand its coverage to include Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
